Poets of the Fall has won two Emma Awards at the annual Emma gala. POTF was nominated in the Best Newcomer of the Year and Best Debut Album of the Year categories. The guys picked up the awards on a live TV broadcast, and also performed their song Lift. The Emma Awards are given out by ÄKT ry (the association of audiovisual producers of Finland) and are the Finnish counterpart of the Grammy Awards.
