(Sorry about all the possible grammar errors..) :)

Interviewer:The racket was so loud at the Energy birthday party that we had to come..what is this..this isn’t a staircase…
Mark:this is some toilet’s hallway
[Ollie and Captain are agreeing in the background]

I: So guys you are due to the stage in few minutes. What is the feeling?
M: Extremely good. This is our last gig this year
I: Oh is it?!
M: yeah yeah. It is exiting to see what is the feeling after that. It might be a bit sad because we are going to studio after that.

I: aha. So what is coming? A new record of course but…
Ollie: Yeah, new record, new songs, having fun.

I: Will we hear these new songs now on the stage, like live-testing?
Captain: Not yet, but maybe soon. Let’s see.

I: Memories from this year?
M: Well I have told this story on the radio once before. This is the first one that comes to my mind.
We were touring somewhere outback and we stopped at this gas station. I went to get some Red Bull etc from a counter that was full of all kinds of stuff, kiddies toys, lollipops and such. Then there were two small kids, maybe 5 and 7 years old. And they had this tiny wallet full of coins and they wanted to buy this rubber crocodile. The other one asked ‘ how much does this cost?’ [Mark is mimicking the way that small children talk] and the store owner said: 4.90 €
The bigger one opened the wallet, took a handful of coins and placed it on the counter ‘how much is that’ [again with the child voice] and the guy behind the counter said that two euros more. The bigger child took some more coins and asked: Is that enough? The smaller one said that: this is going to take all our money [burst of laughter from the background]. At the end they had left like 20 cents but they got that crocodile. They left happily with their bikes, strands of white hair streaming in the air between the bike helmets. That was the most endearing thing that happened on the road.

We have been really busy and have had lots of good gigs and it has been amazing how the audience has received us and react to us. Even at this moment I get goosebumbs when thinking about those gigs…hoh…Makes you kind of speechless… and lots of that stuff will affect our lyrics.

I: If we look back, let’s say six months, you couldn’t have imagined yourselves at this position?
O: That’s right, that’s right. This success was a huge surprise to us all. We are of course happy about that and we do try to do our best in the future too and hope that the audience will like it.

I: Captain, you have a long history in the pop-scene. What is your opinion about this year? You are a bit more experienced…
C: Well I haven’t had own band for a while so it’s been nice to be on the road again and not just in the studio. Of course we are in the studio too, but it has been fun to be touring too.
I: Your memories of this year that comes to your mind?
C: Difficult to say…Maybe one of our first gigs in Oulu. After that for some reason we have compared every other gig to that. Everything worked perfectly and the atmosphere was awesome.

I: How many gigs have you thrown?
O: I think something like 70..[over 60 is shouted from the background] Over sixty, more like 70 yeah..

I: It must be fun to go to the studio for change. How long does your break last and when the new album is in stores?
M: It is difficult to make estimates, but we have thought spring, maybe march/april would be optimal for us. We have thought that some yin-yang is needed here, some balance and a little more static lifestyle than during the tour. On the other hand thoughts are flying high, so it is a good thing…

I: I could say that the next album is quite expected. Will it be self published?(I don’t know what is ‘omakustanne’ in English)
M: Yeah, the same deal as before.

I: Maybe the biggest cliché: How much pressure does the success of the first album put on the second?
M: What it comes to the success, no more than during the making of the first album. The pressure is always there but it is different kind of pressure, it’s expectations and ‘ how this will turn up’.
Musically it is that you can get out what you want. The pressure comes from within and not from outside.
O: I have to add that musically you want to progress and there is this feeling that you have done that. It would be nice if that would show on the album too, that the music has gone forward.

I: at the first time there were like 100 songs amongst where the songs were picked to the album.
Do you have now like 50 songs ready?

O: Well, we do have quite many…It’s hard to say exact number but we have planned that we would select 20 songs from our ‘home-tapes’ for recording. And I bet we do a few more during the studio work because the surroundings are so inspiring.

I: Is there any chance that that the upcoming singles’ B-sides would contain songs that didn’t make it to the album?
M: Good idea! [burst of laughter from the background] We’ll see about that…If we’ll get done material that is impossible to fit in the album and someone would be dying to have the material out in the open then it might end up as an B-side…

You are wellcome :) I'm so glad that my work in the middle of the night wasn't for nothing =)
But march/april? I understand the reasons but it is going to be hell to wait that long :(
But this makes me have some hope:

I: Will we hear these new songs now on the stage, like live-testing?
Captain: Not yet, but maybe soon. Let’s see.
