I've played that through. :D
I loved it, but maybe the Soul Reaver 2 had more challenge.
The plot is in my opinion terrific!

My main characters name is Ernol Sunstream.
Well, I was a bit busy to get playing to think a good name. :)

And I chose Guild Wars because there aren't monthly fees, I don't want to pay monthly to play a game...
And I was amazed when the Searing came. The playing area is VERY large

My favourite of the Legacy Of Kain Series is the first Soul Reaver, despite the boring blocks puzzles (One, two, puzzles OK, but it's a little annoying when you're at the sixth puzzle :? )

Soul Reaver is great, the graphisms are beautiful, but the game is too short, 8 hours to finish it. The plot is a bit too complicated... The paradoxes, and Raziel's fate... Pfiuuu...

Defiance is really great, more than SR2 according to me, 13h for finishing it. I love the idea of switching between Kain and Raziel. Like SR2, the graphisms are beautiful.

I hope there'll be another episode, the end of Defiance leaves too much things in the dark. The end does not look like an... End... LOL

I haven't actually played the first one through, but I'm familiar with the plot.
My friends said that the SR2 too difficult. :P I admit though that it was quite challenging in the end. I don't remember how long it took to finish it.
Yeah, I await too for the next soul reaver, I was a bit disappointed that the end wasn't a proper end. :? And the plot is very complicated and that is what makes it interesting. :)

The SR games will always be in mu personal videogames Top 10. I tried to play Blood Omen but RPG are not for me. I played Blood Omen 2 but it was too far from what makes the SR series interesting. Too much blood, too much bugs... And many plot mistakes.

As we're talking of our favourite games, I need to talk of the two games "of my life" : Omikron The Nomad Soul and Deus Ex. These games are the only ones I played so much (The CDs are completly used LOL).
