i wear glasses. because my eyes are weak, the rang of my eyes is 6. i wear a big glasses with silver frame. it reduce my beauty, someone thinks i 'm well in math, actually it is.
i can't see anything without my glasses. i wish my father bought for me a new one when Norouz start.

I have short-sightedness, so I wear glasses only at the university or when I need to see something that is at a long distance.

My father had it two days ago... I also remember my grandfather's operation which was very difficult. Technology really marches on!

I don't wear glasses.. only sunglasses in summer

I wear glasses and like them but I'd like to get contacts for casual use.

By the end of the week I'll get my... *counts* almost 7th or 8th glasses I have been wearing glasses for around 8 years (I was 11 when I got my first Harry Potter glasses, I felt like a cool kid). I'm getting Ray-bans, which I'm probably going to send to bobsmade.com so they can customize them

I got my new glasses today and I actually like them, better than my old ones. And I see so well! I didn't remember the world was this sharp!

Well, I need glasses for driving a car and for reading a book or something else. But not for the computer screen.
So I've got three types of glasses: one for short-sightedness, one for far-sightedness and varifocals.

I don't really wear glasses. But soon, I'm going to get some correctional glasses. Apparently I'm short-sighted. Oh, well. At least they say that I'll look good in glasses.

Then again, nearly everyone in my family wears glasses.

I'm shortsighted and need correction, so I wear contact lenses on weekdays and glasses on weekends.

Just picked up my new glasses + sun glasses. World is a less blurry place once again. ^^

I've been wearing glasses for 14 years and I still haven't gotten used to them I dislike the fact that they make my eyes look small. And they get dirty so quickly, like after one minute of just having cleaned them. Not to say I have to be extra careful not to sit on them. I'll get a lasik when I'll have gathered the amount of money needed for that

Yeah, thanks for your excitement for my new glasses. I'm not quite as happy about them as I was yesterday. The right side silicon pillow isn't quite right (there's this sharp stinging tiny lump on it) and it keeps irritating my skin. Have to take these back to the shop on Monday so they can do something about it. Until then, I think I'll survive.

But yeah, not needing glasses at all would be <3 but I still prefer this to contact lenses...
Although maybe I should get some one-use dailies, so I could alternate, I don't know.

I've never used contact lenses. I dislike the idea of having a foreign object so close to my eyes. And I almost always get eyelashes stuck there, so imagine how it would be if I wore contact lenses. If you try one-use dailies and feel comfortable with them, I say go ahead

I've had contact lenses before (back when there were no dailies) and I didn't dislike the feeling in my eyes, but putting them on felt rather awkward to me and I hated doing that every single day. With dailies I wouldn't have to do it every day, just when I felt like not wearing glasses. So it might work.

Putting on lenses is something you get used to after a while. I've had lenses for nineteen years now (just calculating this makes me feel old).

I have glasses for 13-14 years now too (I'm short-sighted) and honestly - I can't imagine living without them Of course, it's a matter of getting used to, but it's really the first thing I grab in the morning after my phone But yeah, having to clean them like every five minutes is a bit annoying.

I got a new pair of glasses! (I needed to "update" the lenses - and the old glasses were pretty old anyway). Love the new one! ^^

And these days between ordering them and getting them, I've been really like a little girl waiting for a promised toy. lol, I don't even know why, I was just so impatient for them to be ready

I had Lasik done a few years ago so I don't need them anymore. Tho when I had them, they were coke bottle thick so I wore contacts mostly. Now, I don't need anything! It's kind of a miracle to me I love that I can see now

i wear glasses because i cannot see far without them. now i have a pair of white framed glasses and i really like these! i've had a pair of black framed, they we're bit too "dark" for me like you know, they made me look like a goth. and i also had one pair of those glasses, which have no frames at all. they we're kind of cool but i like these white frames more :)

i've thought about having contact lenses but i don't know. i look "more" like me when i'm wearing glasses even though i've had them only for two and a half years.

I wear glasses for the same reason. A lot of people tell me I look more like ''myself'' wearing them, but well, I have been wearing them since I was about 5 or 6.

That all sounds familiar. I had my first glasses when I was 4 until I was 12. Tehn I got new ones when I was 16 and have had them aver since. I feel weird when I look in the mirror and don't see them on me. And I cannot stand the thought of sticking something in my eye so contacts won't do it for me.

I got classes since primary school. 15 years ago I started with contact lenses, but now I just wear them when I´m going out, at work or at home I wear glasses.
