Here I am! I love this band!
Since they only have made two albums for now, I would say "Listen to all the songs".
Really: there might be a couple of songs I like less and a couple I like more than others, but if you like the style you'll enjoy most of their stuff.

Some favourites:

Perfectly Good Day
Carry Me
Hey You
Lucky Star
King See No Evil
Euphoria
Killing The Afterglow
All 4 Nothing 4 All (this rocks! And it's a killer to hear live \m/)
Into Flame
Sugarcoated Illusions

Besides those mentioned above I recommend Black Art (especially the ending), Babylon, Mask of Sanity, Light to Guide.....

Well these guys are just about as good as Poets so listen to all of the songs and pick your own favorites......

And speaking of PE; When on Earth is their next album gonna air?

As far as I know, Phoenix Effect band members aren't full time musicians (i.e. they have day jobs), so it could take a bit of extra effort to find the time to get everything done and so it will also take quite a bit longer. I checked up their message board but there was no new info since February.

I love their second album! It's different from tehfirst but just as good.
I especially like Sugarcoated Illusions and Euphoria.

That page ahs not een updated in over a year. Could be two as well. The last gig they played wasn't even announced there...

These guys all have regular jobs or play in other bands. This is not their main focus, unfortunately.

It would be great to see them as a support for the Poets, but I don´t think that this chance will come back

If anyone is interested: I spoke to Anton after the POTF gig on the Viking Grace and he told me Phoenix Effect were recording a new album. It might take a while until it gets done though.
