The online video streaming magnate YouTube is raising charges against small independent band from Finland called Poets of the Fall. The claim is about their forth album Twilight Theatre, specifically a song called Mirror and Smokes that includes false statements. According to YouTube, the line "shit's in byte size bits on YouTube" is misleading and spoiling their good renown by incorrectly claiming that all videos on youtube.com are all byte sized, which is untrue since the upload limit is actually more than 1GB. Their demanding is either to pull off the album from the market, or changing that line to "shit's in gigabyte size bits on YouTube". As a response Poets of the Fall threatened to take off all their videos from theirs site, chop them to byte size and then reupload the million peaces back again.
POTF gained a world recognition with the console hit "Max Pain 2: The Fall of Alan Wake" and the hit single "Latte: A Good pie!". Since then they move to jewelry business, selling gold and platinum.

I'm deeply terrified. I hope for POTF and wish them all the best in this peculiarly hard moment
