That is not true. All official releases of these albums are made from the same masters, and have the exact same audio content & quality.

As has been said somewhere earlier in this thread: If you can't find the albums in your country, you can not only order them from the offivial webstore, but also at www.recordshopx.com - they say they deliver worldwide. You do need a credit card to buy though.

Of course I don't know if someone has encountered some strange bootleg releases or something, but the _official_ ones have the same audio, bit for bit.

the address is the one that will get printed on the parcel and will be used to send it to you: just write your address as it is, as you always write it.
And add your country at the bottom. That is probably to be written in English.

If you meant the name for the Credit Card, I think you should write it as it is on your credit card.

Oh yeah, sorry for such a stupid question. I'm trying to order Alchemy vol. 1 + DVD + Flag from potf webshop.

Hmm, that certainly looks like a genuine error, and obviously should not happen. This is the first time I have ever seen someone receive an error like that, so it could either be a temporary problem that will be fixed soon, or somehow related to the specific data you enter when ordering.

I suggest you try once more, and if it still doesn't work, contact the shop staff at shop@poetsofthefall.com, or use the contact form in the shop. Send them the text and/or screenshot of the error message, and they will help you out. Sorry for the inconvenience!

it's like this.
What you see in the pic it's CD & flag: it has Alchemy design. And it says it's 70x100 cm.
(I have not received mine yet, but I think the image in the shop gives quite some clue of what it looks like :roll:

it's not a DVD: that's the flag.
The DVD is inside the CD case, together with the CD
