Here's what I hear. I only made few corrections.

oh my lord i'm wake on bustin knuckle bone day in day out, breaking my back for a way out but it never pays and we're down and dirty with the underdogs hidin' for the numbers in the captains logs, and his evil ways. that is a man who don't tell i see no way out of hell

Chorus: lightyears away from home just my demons and i alone. this hammer - my key, this mine - my wishing well. i gotta find my way out of hell

oh my lord i'm tired with the way i'm wired up to grindin' hammer, and the bitch called gravity with my baby back in memphis how do you propose we keep doing this? sucking up to the mastermind 'till i lose my sanity with no more soul to sell i see no way out of hell

Just finetuned it a little (according to what I hear).

Hehe... thanks guys for the lyrics!
I was missing something by Marko singing... Now I got what I need, guess...
Hey! Is there someone who is so kind to tell me what exactly Marko says at the beginning, before he starts singing? Cos I really love the way he says that, but I don't get everything... please! :)

I won! I won the contest at gameractor!
I had totally forgotten about it so imagine my surprise when I opened my mailbox today and found a package from Finland with a signed Rochard Soundtrack in there. I am so unbelievably happy about this!

Edit: and congrats to the other two lucky winners!

After only listening to the demos, I have no doubt in my mind that Captain is talented and skillful enough to be doing soundtracks for films. He's just as good as the big names out there like Danny Elfman, John Williams, James Horner, etc. I would love to see what he could do if and when given the opportunity. 8)

Admin, can you add the OGoA lyrics too? Since they are POTF related...

We are talking about the 1 minute song previews here, right?

Uh, I heard only those previews and they are in the Digistore since you can buy the soundtrack :? I guess this is what TheArtist meant.

Can't really speak for her, but yeah, I don't think she meant the unfinished raw versions of songs (aka demos). I doubt those would even be available anywhere.

...because it's different recording than that on album, no?

Nope, it's 100% the same. The only difference is that the version on the album was remastered (not re-recorded or even remixed), meaning the overall sound is slightly different.

Anyway, would you like the band to release some unfinished stuff then? Why? :)

...Why?

Well, seems you are familiar enough with how musicians work - they may tweak a song with some different elements, in both musical and lyrical areas... how can that development not be fascinating for a fan? Your viewpoint is understandable - to assure the readers that Poets always wish to present their music in the most developed shape and to reject anything they aren't 100% happy with. That's fine.
But at the same time it takes so little effort to put an mp3 of a studio rehearsal on the site, as a teaser for concerts perhaps. Will it harm music/ticket sales? They aren't going to sell that kind of material anyway. I'm probably shortsighted, but according to some interview they're sitting on 10 full album's worth of material and most of it is doomed to never see the light.

Answering not necessary; sorry for off-topic.

@BenAkenobi, even though this is all off topic and you said you're not expecting an answer, your post really made me think in general. I wonder where the limit goes when fans stop wanting more and more from their favoured artist? I know I've suggested some things myself, and I know some others have too. It's probably rather selfish to want more when you're already being given so much by POTF. Maybe it's just human nature.

But it also goes without saying that POTF can't do every single thing that fans ask of them, after all there are dozens or even hundreads of different requests and suggestions. In my opinion they already do more of the "non-profit" stuff than we in all seriousness even have the right to expect.

They had the bits and clips thing going on for a while here at their site, they're currently very active in FB and Twitter and we have a really great Admin who answers a lot of questions here in the Forum (in addition to his real job of keeping us in check  ). And that's just a few of the nice things they do for us.

And when it comes to your request, Ben, yeah, it certainly holds a fascination for me as well. Sure it would be fun to actually hear (and maybe even see) how their ideas turn into fully finished songs, but I have the impression that they don't want to do that.

And back to the general topic I was rambling about: as much as POTF guys give us fans a lot of concideration, we should return the favor and try not to keep asking for things they don't want to share with us, no matter how much we might want them to. I know that I for one have room for improvement in this area... (so maybe all this was just me talking to myself aloud :P )

Very sorry for the offtopic.
