Well, I'm sad because I have the feeling that I have missed an exceptional gig today in Moscow, so unique... It's so frustrating when you know that you could have been there if only you weren't living in a country so far away, if you had more money, more free time... Maybe someday... :(

Totally....for real.

@ apollooo and Snow. What is great in this forum is that you can always find people who have the same feelings as yours, so you can get some comfort... Thanks you so much! :)

Trying to do things that are right or good or something useful and failing. Oh well, at least I'm used to it!

Now I just found out one of my fave pop stars was really ill and in the hospital, but he is home now and I hope he is feeling better!! :(

Kinda turning into a bummer day.

My right hand hurts from between thumb and index finger, it's a little swollen from that spot. I hope I don't get tenosynovitis.

:( I hope you don't get tenosynovitis too. A painful thing for sure!

Just feel out of sync today; going to try some positive reinforcement on myself. Does work :) .

I have a lump in my chest. The doc at the free clinic is about 99% sure it's a cyst (as am I, judging from its behavior) but I need to have a biopsy just in case. I'm not freaked out, just annoyed and frustrated that I have to go to either free clinics or community healthcare facilities because I can't afford insurance at this time. :( Keep me in your prayers or send good vibes, peeps.

Feeling sad... Got an e-mail from an old friend, with an invitation and offer to pay for the flights even. And I have to decline, cos we've grown so much apart that I don't feel comfortable about accepting such a huge gift and more importantly, I don't feel I can just jump right back into this easy, tight friendship. I feel really lousy now. Really lousy.

I don't know if I'm off topic or not but I'm very worried about my friends on vacation in Marocco. I long to having good news of them :(

Today I am very sad because I had an accident yesterday... some kid ran into 3 cars that were stopped at a pedestrian crossing and we were right in the middle, the repairs will take forever and the car won't ever be the same... and my head, neck and back hurt like hell :(...
I can't find a job and I am totally broke... everything sucks!

That sucks, LoreD. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt. I've had a couple of accidents, and sadly, I had to pay up. It took a few years, but I did pay it all off eventually. It was no fun, but it did help me pay better attention to both the road and my finances. In the end, I was glad I learned so much from a scary situation. Try to dwell on that instead, okay? :)

Wow, quite a showing on this thread lately.

@DSOL

Sucks. Sounds like a total bummer and I wish your heart didn't hurt.

@Lore.D

Getting caught in something, right in the middle and get so hurt is awful! :( I hope you feel better soon; and yeah, the car might not be the same, but that's better than you not being the same. I also hope you find a job soon. Things have to get better.

Things can't always be bad; and I wish for everyone more good than bad :) .

Me? I have to stop watching sappy movies! I mean I don't remember this being one and it's a movie! But it made me sad none-the-less.

This is my first post in this thread so here it goes:

I'm sad today because I feel like I'm not brave enough to just ask out that girl I like.
I can't stop thinking about her, and I have it all planned in my head but actually saying it to her is so difficult. I've never had this problem before, what does it mean? I feel the same way towards her as if I'd been in a 2-year-long relationship with her already.

I don't even have her number and I rarely get to see her outside of work, so I don't know what I can do about it.
I will probably see her again on Sunday, when we both have a shift at work but I'm scared to make a move in case it becomes awkward. And to make everything even more difficult, we rarely have a minute when we can just talk, we are both just too busy the whole time. On the other hand I am scared to wait because I feel I have a very brief window of opportunity. I feel like she's so perfect she won't be single for much longer.

It's a mix of anger towards myself and sadness...
I don't know what to do with myself.

I didn't even know about it until today... Seriously, the world could have ended without me even knowing! :/

the next end of the world is scheduled for October 21th, just so you know :|

I'm seriously thinking of starting a business as End-Of-The-World-party organizer: there'd be a lot of work in this period. And "Party like there's no tomorrow" would make a great slogan :roll:
