Hi Admin,


Please could you tell me when will Poets be playing in the UK and other places in Europe this year I think it a real shame that such a greate band is not more reconised in the UK.
I am a big Fan and would love to see them live 8)

Not sure where to turn, but anyway..

I wonder if Potf ever thought about visiting any of the festivals during this or next summer in Sweden!?
I love the music and I know a lot of people who would like to see Potf at Way out West, or Where the Action is.

I know they have - but in the end, it's the festival organizers who decide the bands. POTF is still relatively unknown in Sweden, and they need much more fans and exposure before Swedish festivals are a real possibility. But many festivals have a webpage where you can suggest bands for the organizers, and the best thing you can do is to use that page, and get as many of your friends as possible to use that page too!

Of course they need some fans here, even though the organizers at several festivals in the end take some local mediocre bands to fill the places. So they could as well look for professional bands in the rest of Scandinavia.
Anyway, it should exist a way for bands to show that they are interested in playing at a specific festival (if it doesn't already exists).

Is it venues (and festivals) who ask bands to play, or is it bands who call venues and festivals to play there? Or just both ways?

Though I guess for most bands it's just labels who have deals and take care of it all ^^

I too would love to see PotF but am in the UK. The channel ferry ain't cheap :P Guess I'l have to settle for John Butler Trio in July.

Can the Poets come down again to India. The fan numbers have drastically increased and No one can live without POTF songs... I bet on it.

The Poets say that very often recently on their Facebook page. First find an organizer in your country, then they can come to you.
