just downloaded the album from Dstore and heard the new song. it's beautiful and i love it. but what might that whisper mean?

But, in all seriousness I believe it means that once they release the next compilation like this, (Alchemy vol. 2?) there will be another new song at the end(much like this one) that is somehow related to No End, No Beginning? Or something similar to that. Maybe they'll just release some kind of continuation as a single like Can You Hear Me, or just as extra songs to download on the site, haha.

I don't have the song yet. =( Have to wait for mine to come in the mail (with a flag <3 and I'm going to put the music videos on my phone! Fun times.) before I can get it, but I did hear the song on youtube! I'd download it because I don't want to wait but I have no money at the moment, ha!

maybe, a second complication album is possible, or it is entirely new album next??

I think it means that they will continue... That there will be many new albums and after few albums there will be Alchemy vol.2. This was end of one era in POTF..
Like in NENB: If there's no end. There can be no beginning..

Like Sonja said I think it simply means that POTF will continue to make music . Olli has stated in interviews that they're planning to start to work on a new album in April.

I think it just has to do with the song itself. To be continued, because of course, it never ends.

You can find the "To be continued" part in the booklet too where they put a short personal comment on each song.

Don't heard the song yet just read the lyrics: beautifully written I can imagine how the music must be...

I don't question what they meant by "to be continued". To me, at least, it means two things: vol.2 will certainly be released in near future, and -
so there came an end; thus bloomed a new beginning, and it shall be continued...until another end. Because nothing is forever.

One thing is certain: this song tore up my heart and sewed it back together.
It was a painful, but wonderful experience. It seems that whenever I hear a new song by Poets, I learn something new, or just confirm what I suspected was true.


I'm not a regular fan of POTF. I just admire works of art. And they are truly special.

"No End, no Beginning" is so emotionally beautiful that after the last note, I can't help thinking: "oh no, this song can't stop now, silence is too painful when such degree of musical perfection is reached..."
When Marko whispers "to be continued", it's like a promise: "don't worry, we are working on new songs."

i've been singing NENB alot lately, even i'm never good at singing lol

i agree that silent in the end ,then marko suddenly sings "fade away..." always gives chill to my spine, and the song itself made me cry several time.

I have no words to describe this song, my heart silently says everything

No End, No Beginning is so painful, but also some kind of positive song, I don't know how to say that... When I'm listening to it I feel like I know that someone else on this world feels like me and I'm not the only one. It's just a beautiful feeling.


I wanted to say something in the other thread ("your place to thank potf"), but then I decided to say nothing. But here I think, I can say one part of that:
Your music is addicting like a drug. When I'm listening to your songs I'm so happy, but inside, secretly it's killing me, because I'm too much in your songs, it's touching me so much that on my face are clearly seeing the emotions. Recently, when I hear the end of No End, No Beginning I feel like that. I can't or don't want to say here everything, but no matter what, I have to say that I appreciate your work. Thank you for all those feelings - the happy and the sad ones. Thank you, Poets of the Fall.

yeah. POTF songs are cure of all emotional ailments to me. whenever i'm feeling down, sad, or even happy there are always the right song for me

I love Marko's voice when he whispers in other songs: "if you" kill sweet desire in DESIRE or the 1st "save me" at the end of SAVE ME... Whenever he sings, talks or whispers, Marko's voice is exceptional

The song is called "No End, No Beginning". So the "to be continued" must be to show that the music itself has no ending. Not that there will be a sequence. =D
