There is almost always the chance to have a little chat with the guys after a gig, get autographs, pictures and stuff. But on the other hand there is no guarantee for anything. It depends on the day, the venue, the crowd, the mood, the time table, you name it...

At the end of the day they are all humans too, believe it or not. :) Best of luck for you.

If with Helsinki you are referring to the concert at Kaisaniemi, that is out anyway, because you need a Veikkaus card (some type of lottery thingy as I understood) to even purchase a ticket as far as I know.

Less than that there is no telling which is better really. I have and have not met them after gigs in small clubs or at festivals. It is like Sascha said, depending on different factors and none of them you can determine beforehand.
Just go there, enjoy the show and hope for the best. Good luck. And if meeting them does not work out I guarantee you you will have seen a great concert!

If you are in Turku, why do you not go to Ruisrock? There is also the Kooma Night club gig in Turku, but I've read somewhere (on the ticket website I think) you have to be 24 to get in.

Yes! Me too! I would also like to meet the President of the US, Bono, Gerard Butler and Daniel Craig.

Off course POTF would be at the top of my list!

The others in order under POTF, Bono, Daniel Craig, Gerard Butler (I probably would have a good chance at this since he strolls the streets of whatever city he is in and randomly kisses and/or makes out with women, mostly brunettes, he doesn't know) and then Mr President. Sorry Mr. President but someone has to be at the bottom of my list and you can see how great my list is!

Good luck everyone!

To meet "The Poets" or not to meet "The Poets"..this is the matter......
If it's just real possibility or only a mere illusion....
Who has to know it? Nobody knows.....
We, poor mortals, can only hope..and dream..and dream..and hope..........

The gig in forssa was so amazing.. and I got to talk to Jani after the concert. I suppose the true fans know what it would feel like to go to your first poets live, be in the front row and then get to talk to one of them.. I feel like a whole new person. :)

No, I didn't talk to you, you were gone too fast. I just heard you telling Olli that you came all the way from India and assumed it must be you. I'm the woman who hugged Olli, but I think that was before you arrived. ;)

Have fun at the Turku gig - I really wish I could be there too. About those two songs however: not this tour, but the show is always great! :D

Happy for you that you met Olli :)

Seems that your dream has (at least partly) come true! :D
And, believe it or not, the experience is each time as amazing, if not more!

I got Marko's autograph after my first PotF gig in Lahti last year. Actually I got two of them, to my arm and to a piece of paper. Some guard in the backstage took a picture on my camera with us and Marko hugged me and said "Thanks for coming to this gig" :) It was very awesome moment :D Still I feel very sad for them who haven't meet PotF :( Hopefully you can have that chance someday

If anybody is going to Moscow show (April 9th) and is going to wait for band after show or meet&greet before show, please let me know, i'd love to hand a CD for an autograph.

I was at last Tavastia gig, but I didn't realise that they gives autographs after the gig. When I read it from here the day after, it made me really sad, cause I missed that. It's have been my ultimate dream to meet the Poft since I first fall in love in Late Goodbye almost six years ago.

Last night I saw a dream. It was kind of music video for No End, No beginning... At the beginning there were Marko eating ice cream and sun is shining. Then he drops his ice cream into groung, clouds gauther in the sky and thunder is making noise. Then the song begins... I don't remember what happened during the song, but in the end the rain has cleaned the ground and there is no sign of the incident. Sun comes out and Marko goes to pic another ice cream.
Funny dream...and I'm still smiling.

So I'm still dreaming wide awake (and in my dreams too) to meet the guys some day, shake their hands and say least two things...
