Well, I owed Jackie for two drawings anyways. Not to mention all the talking, the fun and so on. ;)

Besides, if you consider the exchange rate... When the gas prices are high, I wouldn't get my Lupo filled up for that amount o_O

Well, we're closing in on the end, but we don't have much time left! Yesterday I was disheartened because the 2 fares I've been watching, while still cheap, shot up by about $100. It may go down again, or stay put, I really don't know. What I do know is the sooner I pay for the fare, the cheaper it's going to be. Still no news about the jobs I've interviewed for, but my boss promises full-time work until the end of October at least. While that's very generous and kind, that just isn't going to be enough. The job at Kraft Oscar Mayer is limping along. Last I heard, they had two interviews left to do before they made their final decision. That means I'm still a potential candidate, so that's good.

Once again I will remind all that I will do everything in my power to repay the kindness that everyone has shown me. Regardless whether or not you actually contributed, I am still in awe by the people who have wished us well. I can draw, I can write, etc. and I'd be willing to do just about anything within reason as a thank you to you.

Short question: Is that only me or is the currently secured amount of money really $660?

Yeap- the current amount is 660, but i'm not sure if it's a mistake or not. the same amount was donated twice by the same person. so it could go down to 550, but it's okay. WE HAVE THE MONEY!

OLIVER!!!! What a completely insane AND lovely person!!! :D

CONGRATS JACKY & HUGE APPLAUDES to all the others! We did it - well, I mean you all did it! Since I didn't have a chance to participate in this, I'll just buy her a few beers or something when she gets here :)

I can't believe you lovely people actually made this happen.

:S This is so awkward...

My biggest apologies for not donating, even if I said I would... I just needed another day or two... :S

The good news is, you don't have to create that image I requested

I hope you have a great time, full of memorable moments :)

Again my apologies for my false words... :/

nobody is stopping you from donating. The goal has been reached, but the fundraiser doesn't end before July 8th. Jacky needs every little bit she can get ^_^

Omg rly? Lmao I had forgotten about the deadline! Judging by your posts, I thought that the donation was over!

When then, if all goes well, you should have my donation within the next few days
