I'm a bit against that though
a band signs a cd for YOU, not for ebay....
I've got a couple of signed cd's, by pretty unknown dutch bands/artists, but whatever :P
and I got my voicst (dutch band, too) signed :D

Me and my mom were going to see my grandma, because it was her birthday. We agreed that after mom would get out of work, we would meet close to her job. Mom asked me to bring the flowers that she bought for grandma. Well, I left from home to meet mom. I was waiting at the place where we agreed to meet. Then I saw mom, and I was smiling to her. She came to me with a funny look on her face. Then she popped out the question: Where's the flowers?! My heart just stopped and then I found myself biking almost 2 miles back home.

Sorry about my english, hope everybody understood my story :D

I was reading the TV guide to see if something interesting was on..
I was extremely annoyed because none of the programmes noted in the guide were actually on tv.. then my dad pointed out to me that it's not sunday today, but saturday.

I had the same problem yesterday, and told my dad about that. Yesterday, i had to grab the new guide because they always start at saturday (and since I thought it was saturday yesterday..). he laughed. hard. :P

Grumzz, you're not the only one with that. It has happened to me too. :D

One day my dad looked calendar and he pointed one day and said "who has written this one here and what it says?" Then we togehter tried to figure out what it says but we didn't make it out. After a while dad realized that he had written it himself the day before and he started to laugh. :D And the text in calendar were "tax return" so that he would remember to make it in time. :D We laughed to it like ten minutes.

It was so amusing because at first dad "blamed" everyone else of it and he was like "that doesn't look like my handwriting at all so it's must be yours or mum's". :D

Well, this wasn't my stupidity but whatever. :P

yesterday evening we had a kind of "party" (actually it was a "celebration" for the end of the electoral campaign - yes, the point is: anything would be a good reason to put up a gig  ), and btw it went very well: it was outside in a square of the town, we'd got some guys to play there... there were lot of people... nice ^^

The "I'm Stupid thing" is that I've been taking pics.. but halfway during the evening I deleted e-v-e-r-y-thing from my camera by accident o_O
I was like: NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! o_______________O

well, then I took some others... but all those of the "preparing&stuff" are forever lost

I was in the hospital the other day and my brother came to see me at lunch. I was really pissed at some people I work with because they should know how to do their job.... I yelled at him to stop asking silly questions and hurt his feelings. So I said sorry and made it up. But I felt really stupid at yelling at him for only ask simple and easy to answer questions. :(

Heck I'm stupid all the time.

Lisa, I did something similar with pics. I agreed to lend out my cam to a dude my sis knows before backing up the pics on it. I got it back, and half the pics were gone. I lost all of my photos from Slovakia and the forum meeting, group photos, everything... gone.

Not so much funny as the TV guide thing, maybe

Double post, wow, that says something about my character.

Today I accidentally ran my aluminium wallet through the washing machine. So far I have retrieved:

- The Wallet
- My Library Card
- My VISA Card
- My Gas Station Card
- 320 Crowns I Didn't Know I Had
- Some Unidentified Grey Fluff

However, the depths have still got my driver's license in their evil clutches... :|

Today, I left the car keys INSIDE THE BLOODY CAR! And I only noticed that after I had left work at 7pm. Guess where the spare keys were? In my locked room.

I really don't like taking cabs at night and alone, so I had to wait to be picked up at work, go to my house (which took me an hour with the traffic) retrieve the keys, go back to the office (which took me an hour and a half) and the back home. Peachy  . I made it home at almost 11pm.

I'm oficially stupid xD.

Today, I found that Alan Smithee directed Late Goodbye video. I actually believed that until I saw that this is a popular fake nickname used by directors wanting to remain unknown. I actually fell for that, I'm so stupid...

I waited too long to put my daughter's diaper on her after her bath, and she peed on my carpet.

Hmm... where to begin?

I believe we're all stupid at one point in time, we've all done/will do something stupid. It's important to remember however that that's not a state that defines us so it's Ok to laugh at our own expense.

A few years ago I decided to wash my work bag as it got pretty dirty somehow. It was a regular bag that I carried with me so I didn't have to stuff my pockets with my phone, wallet, documents, mp3 player and so on. So being such a careful person, I emptied the bag of everything (or so I thought), threw it in the machine and I relaxed with a hot chocolate while the machine was doing the hard work.

I take the bag out of the machine when it's done and I hang it to dry. Some minutes later I hear a faint beep from the machine. My heart sank! That was my brand new cellphone . My bag had a nifty side pocket for the cell which I forgot to check before tossing the bag in the machine...

I thought it was the end of my cell, and it was for a year or so. I bought another phone and the funny thing is after about a year I was able to use the phone again, although I had no more use for it .

I found out this year that McDonald's cheese burgers doesn't have rice in it. It's onion cut to tiny pieces. I'm 22.
