Poets Of The Fall should really browse through their records of live performance and private lounge performance and some day release a 2CD album with pure brilliance =)

I can see murder in Sascha's eyes...

Yeah : you're right about this. But I think that one CD could easily contain those songs (except if they'd make other accoustic songs)

I would love it if they made an "unplugged" cd with all acoustic versions.

and I am waiting for Sascha to pull a gun and go "bang!"

You know, for me it's not about having access to those versions of the songs. I certainly know where to find them *ducks quickly in order not to be hit by a bullet*

I just meant to say that I would love to have an official release!

Me too. Like the MTV unplugged albums, recorded live. Excellent, excellent stuff. I've heard a couple of acoustic gigs from Potf and it's just amazing.

Oooweee.

[quote="Tiia"] I've heard a couple of acoustic gigs from Potf and it's just amazing.[quote]

I think I am about to turn green with envy ;)
But seriously, I really hope that I will get the chance to witness an acoustic gig once (or an acoustic set at least) - what I have heard/seen so far (from TV shows and such) was totally amazing.
*starts dreaming*

Anybody has audio (mp3) bootlegs of full shows? i've glanced through every page of this forum and it seems impossible to have no live recordings of such popular and award-winning band.

yes i'm aware of 3 officially released live songs, i have these. about youtube i know as well.

(if that's taboo to ask, don't yell at me, send private message and i'll delete it myself)

The full shows or just the songs? In the second case, check potfmedia.com

Not sure if it's entirely relevant but I recently recorded this classical guitar cover of Lift. It's pure guitar including the melody, no vocals. Just spotted the thread and thought I might try a sneaky plug. :D

(There's some other PotF covers on my channel but I sang in those, and my voice majorly sucks lol. I've got Carnival of Rust nearly completed in the same way as Lift so you might see that soon.)
