I've just finish to tab the song "Sing your song for me" from Marko' solo album. For me this is the best song of his solo effort.

Marko has not made any solo albums or songs. You probably mean Playground, which was a band with Marko as their vocalist?

It's hard now to imagine Marko singing with a band other then Poets of the Fall... The band's frontman is always the most easily identified member, both visually and musically, especially when the voice in question is so distinctive: I don't think there's another vocalist out there right now who sounds like him. There are lots of Scott Stapp (angsty middle-aged gravel-voice) and Chris Martin (anguished young mush-mouth) clones out there, but only one guy who sounds like Marko.

If the worst should happen and Poets break up (just an IF, don't panic people!) for me it'd be hard to listen to Mark sing in another group: his voice is instantly going to make me think "Poets."

It didn't come clear out of the Fragile chords you posted, but I think the start goes with E and each beat (is that the english word?) ends with 1/4 Asus2

Anyway, me and my band are going to give a concert soon, and we were hoping to play this song at it! If anyone could help me with the tablatures i would really be thankful!
