The tracklist sounds really cool... it's actually kind of funny that we look at these words without any strong feelings now and imagine what is going to happen when the album is out. It will be all in our heads.

True. By April 1, we'll all be saying how much we love each track, and that "Revolution Roulette" is like COR, etc., etc....But the big question will be...When are they going to tour near ME???

I've just created the Revolution Roulette's entry in Wikipedia. :)

Considering the tracklist, I think we can rest assured there will be at least a few slow songs. I mean, "Fragile", "Passion Colors Everything" and "Diamonds for Tears" just can't be fast paced songs, right? :?

But I hope there'll be more than 3 slower songs, cos I love them. :D

I hate some song to be a title of an album :( It really centers the attention only to itself + it's not very creative (at least I think so).
Tracklist?
Just pay attention on that all the songs in SoL and CoR are sorted in genres in simmilar way: First part: Rocking songs, Second part: Soft Rock, Third part: Ballads, Again some single rock song, and in the final: the ultimate ballad.

and a "parental advisory" sticker...

Well yeah the formula of previous albums worked just great so it might be similar. But I wonder why only eleven songs ? They say they got material for hundred songs but cut the album to eleven songs... hm.. maybe there will be a secret song ?

The other thing, maybe this could be their breakout album in the US market. But I don't know if America deserves POTF (says the disgruntled American  )

How can you say that ? Everyone deserves to know their amazing music. :P

I have to agree with Nuhr. I'd go as far as to say America needs to hear something as fresh and unique as Poets of the Fall. I for one am so incredibly sick of hearing the same kind of music from the same kind of artists over and over again. I'm not saying we don't have some talented people out there, because we do, but we need something new, and it can't come soon enough.
I mean, is it just me or is it all starting to sound the same, the only difference being genre? All pop sounds the same, country, hip-hop, even rock, which I love...it's all starting to sound like one big cookie-cutter music factory. :( We need Poets like a breath of fresh air...heck, we need them like a tornado to get rid of the old crap. :P

[/rant]
We return you to your regularly scheduled program, already in progress...

Oh, we need it desperately, Artist. I just worry that the US market, in addition to being so bland, by and large, tends to be anti-intellectual. I wouldn't want POTF to be subjected to the "Ugly American" treatment. I mean, really, how many European acts are hitting it big over here now? As a nation, we tend to be very chauvinistic. :? I mean, TOBY KEITH?????????????

I'm a musician and I recently performed "Roses" and "Dawn" and the "crowd" (abt 150) went wild. I pushed the band and told people to buy their stuff. If that gig produces any fans at my level, that would be great. Maybe word-of-mouth will help it spread here in the Northeast. :)

It happens in most of the bands. While recording they make hundred songs but than when releasing date draws near, they cut down & bring it to 11-12 songs. Because Band have to give masterpieces only.

And yeah its 11 songs, but the length of whole album will be more than previous albums.

Yesterday I read somewhere that some company is going to produce Vinyl Players with USB connection :D
If POTF ever wanted to release a vinyl album (like in 1st April last year) now is the time...

More is the first track!

hmm so they are going to continue their tradition of first song...

'Lift', 'Fire' & now 'More'

all four letters songs...sounds good.

I really don't think that this was a conscious decision. It's just a funny coincidence.
