Yes, CoR is indeed sold out from a lot of places, but more copies are on their way...

Has anyone bought PotF CDs in Record Shop X? I'd like to know your experiences about delivery time/customer support etc.

Geez, finally...

I have two sets of everything (albums and singles) one set is stored safely and the other is for general playage and lending. :)

In my opinion, they're unrivaled if you're overseas. Reliable fast shipping and well packaged. (I've noticed they also add or leave the cellophane rapper on 8D) Not only are they slightly cheaper than other web shops, they offer a wider choice of payment methods also. (Right now, you can purchase Signs of Life for 10,90 €!)
As for customer support, I've never had to contact them because there has never been a problem..

Same here! And you can pay via PayPal which was the reason I bought it there. No other online shop provides this opportunity.

The price is bad enough... (not including shipping) but to make someone wait for weeks instead of days, that's just- bleh.

As did I. Not to say that Stupido isn't great, because they are, but the Paypal system is a great way to go. There's no more worrying if the cash made it. Plus when Record Shop X accidently sent me the wrong CD, I was able to keep it and they sent the correct one without charging a penny. I now have two copies of each CD, except for the Lift and Late Goodbye singles (only one of each).

I noticed that too looking to amazon!:D
But I'm even waiting longer
14 may i started with beginning to get the cd...still haven't got it
But that isn't because of the site (moremusic) where i ordered it, but because of my stupid bank..I needed international transciption things for only 2 euros, and they let me wait for 6 weeks for that!!
So now finally they money for the cd is already transmitted so...maybe i'll get it in 1 or 2 weeks now

Just bought "Carnival of Rust" from Record Shop X. Hopefully, I'll have it shipped across the pond (or is "the pond" more of a British metaphor?) by the end of the week.

Record Shop X + PayPal =

Nah, you travel regularly to Finland so it's not the only way to get it. =)

But for me it is. :( :)

Flight yes but you need no accommodation. One day to buy the CDs should be enough. :P

This is quite outdated... right now SoL is in stock and CoR ships within 6 to 12 days. It's still expensive, though, but what do you expect if the CDs are imported from Australia, huh? :P

It's strange that CoR album is still unavailable on Amazon... maybe Poets are still negotiating the album's release outside Finland? Playground says it's release day is 13th September... I wonder where exactly? :)

I just checked Amazon, and now their taking pre-orders for the Carnival of Rust album. Of course, it's about $10 overpriced... ...but now anyone that's skeptical about getting the CD shipped from overseas can buy it in the States.
