Hello, fellow Indian POTF fans!

Radio One has a show from 10 PM to 1 AM, where international music is played.

Wednesday is the day is when they play rock music. (Or so I heard)

All of you have to mail to TeejayExpress@gmail.com requesting for songs by POTF!

Please spread and share this! This thread is beginning to rust! Please stay in touch!

Alright, Guys. We got them on the radio once.

But we need them to come on the radio more often!

So, fellow Indian fans, you guys have to mail her at TeejayExpress@gmail.com again, thanking her, and tell her how much you love to hear Poets of the Fall, and mention that you would like to hear them on a regular basis!

Okay? :D

Get mailing, people!

Kudos to the Indian Street Team(POTFIST) for the efforts! Even if we're not entirely responsible for getting the poets to India, we sure are a major part of it.

What are your teams strategies and tactics? Anything I can use for the US team? I tried looking at your team page but it's a closed group. What has worked the best for you guys??
Thanks :)

A lot many of us hail from different states, so one individual is given the responsibility of one state, and that person then reports to the Street team admins. This is the case when we're campaigning on foot. When it comes to the internet, we've got blogs, interviews and the other interactive pages. All of which are handled by the admins.
Radio plays has worked the best for us. But of course, not everything goes according to plan each time, but we try. The other intricacies I'm quite unaware of, only if the street team admins could help. I'll try putting in a word or two. :)

Hello Indian Street Team Members!! This is your American counterparts requesting your assistance in getting Poets to first place in the Wise Radio Challenge and keeping them there!!
It's a very easy poll with no need to register and you can vote as often as you like. We have confirmed this with Wise Radio!
Just go here and keep voting for Poets. This phase ends Friday but the voting will continue to keep them there!! So what do you say?? You have almost 200 members!! Will some of you please help us get Poets more exposure and airplay by helping us with this?? The first place currently has over 9000 and Poets is closing in on 7000! I think everyone else gave up when this epic battle began! I was going to ask this on your facebook page but your group is closed so I had to ask here, I hope it's ok!
Thanks for considering!!!

Hey Susan,

We'd be glad to help you. How do we have to vote? I opened the link you posted and I don't see any option of voting. So help me out here. Also, you can always post or message us on our facebook page. :)

-Dave

Thank you Dave, I didn't realize you had 2 FB pages for your team and the only one I knew about was closed! I will make sure to mark this one!

For the voting, when you go to that link, you should see 10 pictures of musicians, 8 of them on top then 2 challengers. Poets is in the challengers section. They should all have a little checkable box next to them. That's where you vote!
Thank you! Tell me if that's not what you see at that link. That is what we all see.

I opened the link and this what it says:

Voting on this poll will end at 8pm EST Aug. 31, 2012
The two songs with the lowest vote total will drop off each week to be replaced with new entries.
Any song that makes 3 appearances at the #1 spot will be retired as a Music Challenge Champion!

The rest is blank. But, I checked with my co-admins, one of them couldn't see a thing like me, while the other could. Well, I guess it's just some internet problem or something. I'll get this posted on our group and ask everyone to vote. Great effort by you guys! Good going. :)

-Dave

It might be your browser. My team mate couldn't vote until she had Fire fox for some reason.
We have taken the lead and would love to make it a bigger lead so thank you for anyone who can help!! :D

Hey! Another member of the US Street Team here. :) I just wanted to extend a big thanks for being so welcoming and helping us out with this. I actually recently came across a blog you guys had posted about getting to meet the band, and it was great. Very inspiring and exciting to read about. Sounds like you guys do some really good work. I'm so happy for the fans in India that they just got to experience Poets on tour. Reading all of the positive comments posted by fans on Poets' Facebook Page and on Twitter is very overwhelming.

So thanks again for your help. The vote is going really well, but those Archuleta fans are just about as passionate as we are! So we've got to make sure we keep it up! This is going to be great exposure for Poets, especially because the station holding the vote had never even played them until about 2 weeks ago!

Feel free to stop by our team's thread here in the forums, or our Facebook Page! You guys are welcome anytime! :)

A Poets of the Fall Street Team (USA, Any Region)

Dhanyavad! :D
