You don't need a pay pal account or have to hook up your bank account to anything to buy things through Steam, get a pre paid visa/mastercard.. that's what i do all the time since i don't have an actual credit card. If you can't get one for some reason because of being under 18 just ask your parents :)

It would be just like getting a giftcard from HMV or Gamestop.

warning about 1st Max Payne game having sound issues on windows vista or 7, at least CD version, maybe Steam version got corrected, not sure
