Well, I just had to start this topic since Grand Avenue is AWESOME and you all need to hear about them!

This Danish group played in LA at the same venue at the same night as the Poets I concider myself extremely lucky cause I had "found" them just a few months earlier and got the chance to see them live so soon.. and how funny it was to see them on the other side of the world, when they actually live just a few hundred miles away from here!



Most people would compare them to Coldplay because the singer's voice is a bit similar than Martin's, but that doesn't bother me at all! His voice just fits the songs perfectly...

Not bad. Does remind me of Coldplay, and not only because of the singer, but I don't see why that should be a problem. I'm liking Bullet very much this morning.

I saw them last fall - they were supporting Sunrise Avenue in Germany.
I thought they were OK, but the music did not stick with me.

Coooooool!! I like the attitude.. I have to admit, I don't listen to recommendations that often, but in this case, I'm glad I did - GA was recommended to me by a friend and I just happened to have a boring moment and so I tried them out..

Whoa, like, I was totally there too!

They were one of the few bands that played besides Poets that I actually enjoyed. They had a very cool sound to them, a bit more loud than Coldplay I'd say, but done very well. Martin couldn't sing like that.

I still can't get that one screaming fan girl out of my head from when they were playing. She was making me and my friend laugh the entire time.

Although I'm not giving a try in these situations, I've decided to try it - so perfect guys like you, fans of Poets - you just cannot recomment bad music. And my decision was right one, they really sound good

Awwwwwww!!! Thank YOU people these guys deserve all the extra attention they can get. I see them as Denmark's Potf, since they've released 3 albums and make a lot of things by themselves.. AND they're lovely. AND they're good.

Nope, totally missed that. I did, however, see a bunch of people trip over the microphone wire that was dragging on the ground when the lead singer came down into the crowd. I was waiting for a catastophre to happen.

And from what I can tell, you LOVE to give EVERYONE hugs! If anyone is huggable, it would have to be you!

Rasmus (the singer) was a bit sweaty, I gotta admit. But I don't mind taking musician sweat baths every now and then
