I'd have to say Terminaator. They've been around for a long time, and released some very good songs. And when I saw their gig 3 days ago, the performance and show just blew my mind!!! Best gig this summer period.

First song of this style I really LIKE - and I like this one a lot o.o The video is great, and the lyrics are just *GREAT*. But I'll have to listen to it another 20 times before I can catch all of it :-P

Samy is one of that guys who make intelligent german hip-hop. Not such crap like Aggro Berlin.
