Hello there everyone 8)
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I don't know where else to post it either :?

I just watched an "Illusion and Dream" Video on Youtube from 2005 live at YelXPop. And what can I say? This version of IaD clearly is my favorite one!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0z8CRrKPxLA

In this clip, I could actually hear Jaska singing in the background for the first time. Never noticed him befor. And hell, I think, he and Marko sound great togehter!
Especially the part "I got no hands in matters worldly..." at 3:22! It's just awesome and makes me dream of a duet

Long story short, I'm wondering now why Jaska stopped to do the backing vocals. Does anyone know? Or what do you think about it?

Best wishes
DoS :)

I liked the backing vocals, but I have no idea why Jaska does not do them any more. He hasn't since 2009 if I'm not mistaken.

I would guess they chose pre-recorded back up tracks played in the background, with Marko's voice.

Yeah, you're right! That could be an explanation... But it would be a shame, in my opinion.

They are using pre-recorded backup tracks, but that does not explain why they do it. Just saying...
