RIP Steve Jobs :( I only have an iPod, once had a Macbook Pro. Too bad Apple's products are so expensive! :/ That guy indeed changed the world!

Sad that Martin and James cancelled their Paris gig on short notice. I was really looking forward to seeing them again. Now hoping that the one on October 28th does not get cancelled as well.

Sad because Wolfgang Niedecken (singer of BAP, my fave German band) broke down the day before yesterday and is now in the hospital, severely ill. No more news get out so I assume it's gotta be bad. I'm shocked. :o :( My thoughts are with him and his family.

sorry about the double post

Just saw this dog abuse/beating photos in FaceBook, made me feel terrible. Gonna go and give my Calle doggy a big loving hug and a few kind scratches and pats as a bonus. At least he will never have to endure what I saw in that photo.

It's the darkest time of the year, haven't seen the sun whole day because it's too cloudy.. I don't mind cold winter or even sleet, it's the darkness that bothers and depresses me the most :( I want summer, now  Hopefully PotF tonight will lighten up my mood a bit

I noticed that today - while I was on te train to Seinäjoki it got dark so early. You seem to have an ugly fall this year - last year was beautiful. Wish I culd have brougt some sun from Germany.

But tonight there will be a gig to cheer some of us up. :)

Been feeling the same way. My friends disappeared because they switched majors, or got sick of going to aweful classes. Hang in there though. It won't last forever. :)

I tried to buy the tickets way too late, so I'm missing tonight's show. I only have my own undecidedness to blame, though. There's always next year...

my plans just crashed against the cold cruel wall of reality.
ok, some of them might have been a little idealistic, but not that much :|
I'm going to have to make decisions, and that scares me. That's it.

I suspect that I know what I should do, and I just tell myself I don't know it because I don't have the guts to do it, or because I'm indecisive. Or because I find it too easy to grow attached to things and too hard to let go of them. But I'd have to let go of them anyway after sometime, so better cut it now, right? I just wish I could live them just a little longer, maybe get to the point when I want to leave, but nope: all or nothing now. Take or leave.

A side of me almost likes the thought of taking the unknown road.. but not when the crossroad is in sight. I wish someone would tell me "hey, it's alright, the easiest way is also the good one", but it doesn't look like that.

Maybe I just should sleep and maybe tomorrow... oops, am I making up motivation out of POTF lyrics? ^^

If there's no end there can be no beginning, I guess.. ._.

Sorry for the long nonsense, I just feel down and this is a place where I feel free to rant when I really need to *blushes*

Can I just win the lottery now? I just got a car, and now I need $2900 in repairs or so.

Somebody shoot me. :(

My poor son, he's 13, has his Achilles' tendon injured 'cos a much taller boy kicked him after school down the stairs

And tomorrow he has an appointment with the head physician and we'll drive to hospital. I hope with my whole heart, that he won't need a surgery. I keep my fingers crossed.

Unity, I hope everything will be fine, and your son's tendon heals quickly and fully. (Bullying sucks, I hope that boy will have to take some kind of responsability...)

Unity, as a mother myself, I understand how much you are worried for your son! I hope his tendon is not injured too seriously and that your son will recover soon!

:| thank you all soo much for your compassion. The other boy is really a big bully and already had received many reprimands, what he did to my son was the last straw and now he is expelled from this school.

Now I necessarily have to listen to some encouriging songs from our Poets :|

@Unity, hopefully everything will be alright. I was bullied as a child (well, as a younger child, not 18 yet) though it wasn't that serious, but at least I know something about it.. No-one shouldn't have to experience anything like that :|

---

This happened a couple of days ago, but I'm still quite upset because of it. At Saturday, I had to euthanatize one of my gerbils and my dwarf hamster.
And what is more, at Sunday someone said "c'mon, get over it". Sorry, no I don't, I just lost two very important pets. It takes a little more time than just one day to get over, as small as they ever were. :| :(

Girlfriend broke up because of smth I did... She insulted me with everything bad you can imagine! Then giving me another chance to prove that I love her... Seriously? She wants me to come over! So I should pay 300 euros on a flight to get slapped and to hear what a bad boyfriend I am? Uhmm... NO!

Sorry, just had to post it somewhere!

Ignorance is what I can't endure... Unfortunately, these days I see it walking among people very often. Worse, I have to work and somehow live some parts of my life (they're not my family, thank God :P ) with these people... The culture is becoming rotten... :(
