Exactly! You have to have love inside of you in order to give it to another. It all starts within. That's why no one can ever take it away from you, even if they don't love you in return. That's why love is the most healing choice you can make.

Love can heal the pain of the past assuage any stored emotions related to any past heartache. It has such a positive impact on both your long term and short term health.
