Eeeeh... i live in Argentina. There are two problems:

1-) The Euro is X5
2-) Poets are popular, but the people hate them so...

I have got SoL CoR and RR and some singles in iTUNES, ¡¡¡but i want the REAL CDS! So... how i can pay it? (i don't have got credit card).

Today my two Diamonds for Tears singles arrived. But unfortunetely I ordered also Locking up the Sun and Sorry Go 'Round singles, but they were not in the letter. I sent a letter to x-miehet@levykauppax.fi (RecordshopX). What now?

I would like to know something... I've already sent a message to your mailbox a few weeks ago but I since had no replying :
I live in France and I would like to know how much will cost the shipping cost for the 3 albums and the t-Shirt LUtS "Is there a hero somewhere, someone who appears and saves the day..." cause I will pay "directly to bank account" and there is no mention about that exactly in the information.
Thank you.

This is exactly what I did :
Shop (English) -> Contact Us -> Use the form below the message written (I filled all the fields) -> Submit
I don't know what this address was.
Hope you'll know what to do.
Thank you.

Ah, sorry, I thought you meant the Contact page on this website. :) When did you send the message - the guys at the shop can be pretty busy at times...

EDIT: I don't think paying directly to bank account will cost anything extra, if that's what you mean?

Isn't there any fee for the bank transfer? I think it was 5E, not sure. Anyway, next week I'm gonna use that way because I have some euro coins I want to get rid of.

Well, I think it depends on a bank - for example when transfering money to the foreign bank account, every bank in Slovakia takes a fee and not small - it cost me €13 plus :x

Ah, OK. But since that fee is not charged by the POTF shop, it's better to ask from your bank the exact amount.

right. so i have a bit of an issue here.

i live in greece, alright its not obvious how that can be the problem :p

this means that the postal service will do its best to steal the packs you order without you noticing, and if you notice they will find a reason to say it wasnt their fault and not pay you back.

i see from the potf shop that i can buy what i need (the 3 albums), but from what i see, the only option i have is with the post office.

isnt there a way for me to order them and have them delivered by some service? its obvious im gonna pay more, but at least it will be worth it ffs.

ive tried local stores, they dont even know potf ffs. i tell them about potf and everyone is like where did they ever pop up from. they have never even imported ANY disc, except on a rare occasion i managed to find the locking up the sun single in a store near the center of athens. yay, but not good enough.

right, so any ideas?

Unless you already have, it's worth asking from the shop (shop@poetsofthefall.com) if they can use a service for delivery (I guess you mean something like UPS?), even if they don't normally do that.

so there is such a kind of versatility? i didnt think it would be possible at all.

yes im on about such kinds of "courier" services as we call them here, for safe and quick delivery usually, but safe in this case will suffice.

i will contact the shop asap.

I can't promise you that, but you'll lose nothing by asking. Well, a little of your time. :)

Hmm... After much consideration... I decided that it wasn't worth digging up this topic.

Hehe post-fail

Hi! :) I'd like to buy this lovely ziphoodie http://shop.poetsofthefall.com/producti ... 34&lang=en, but I'm not sure what size would be better for me - S or M... I live in Poland, so there will be problem with returning it if it doesn't fit me well. How can I check the size before buying? Do you have a data like lenght of a sleeve etc? Has anybody bought it and can give me some information? I would be grateful for your help! :)

I'll explain this one more time. :)

The new album _will_ be on iTunes & other download stores worldwide. When exactly that happens, is out of the band's control. They have sent all the necessary material weeks ago and emphasized that it should be put online ASAP, but for some reason, the stores (especially iTunes) are just really really slow in these things.

No-one is making purchasing the album harder on purpose. On the contrary, you'd be surprised if you knew all the things happening behind the scenes in order to make the album available in as many places as possible, as quickly as possible. :)

I really wish the things moved faster for POTF with the availability of their albums in other countries. I should thank my good friend who lives in Germany for having all four albums. I don't have a clue how she got them for me, she just brought them to Ukraine... Yeah, she's really a good friend! :P Now I’d like to order TT and SoL for another friend of mine as a present. When I found out what I had to go through after my order had been delivered to the Ukrainian customs office I was quite disappointed. And it’s not about the money but about the silly and annoying procedure...

However, please do not take it as a complaint but a cry from the heart. Per aspera ad astra :)

I've ordered Carnival of rust and Revolution Roulette on amazon uk, but they were out of stock, so after the 3 weeks of waiting i cancelled my order there and ordered them from POTF webshop instead) and they were here just in a week's time, so now i'm happy)) guess official webshop is the best option...

1. Sorry if i post in wrong topic
2. I got the Late goodbye single, want to exchange for original, brand new Carnival of rust album, i heard Russian and Ukrainian releases had worse quality sound on them so it's not an option
