Well, I'm new over here, but i'd like to share a dought with all of you.
I bacame a fan of POTF while playing Alan Wake, then when I was searching about the band I've found that the famous Remedy games (Alan Wake and Max Payne) have POTF soundtrack on them, and I keep thinking, maybe someone over the creation team is a fan or the director of this games (Sam Lake) is a fan, can be other thing too, but is there anyone that knows why POTF is part of the soundtrack of this games ?

The story has been told in many interviews, but here's the short version: Marko & Sam know each other from way back (which of course doesn't rule out the possibility that Sam is also a fan :)). Before POTF, Captain also used to work for Futuremark (which is kind of a "sister company" of Remedy), and did some sound work for Max Payne 1.

Nice, I haven't see those interviews, I'll look for them.
I'm excited to play Max Payne 3 and Alan Wake 2 to see if there is more about POTF on them, let's see what they will come up with.

Max Payne 3 is not being made by Remedy, so most probably there will be no POTF in it.

I want to play Max Payne 3, but I doubt it will be any good because it isn't written by Sam Lake and isn't made by Remedy.
But, I hope I'm wrong. I love the Max Payne games and it would be a shame for this one to suck.

Maybe Admin can correct me if I'm wrong, but some awesome folks at Remedy did join in with making Max Payne 3.....I believe I read that somewhere.

Admin? :)

Here's one article about it. (Article includes a small bit of strong worded language.)
