The press release I think says March 2010 for the album and sometime during the spring for Alan Wake. I don't know whether the single will be released before-hand but it doesn't seem impossible

I know they don't like putting their music in any specific genre, so my guess is they just invented "cinematic rock" on the spot when someone asked about it.
