I was thinking this (points the quote below this text) could be cool name for 2nd album, and I still think this name could be a cool for 3th album too :)

Anyway I am sure that POTF can make a lot better name for an album :D
I'm hoping POTF will do 3th album for next year's winter or year 2008's spring or something like that :) We'll see what the band-guys are up to :)

Time reveals the secrets o_o

I care. Oh the long days that I waited for CoR to be released.

Yeah, no rush into new stuff in that sense. It might also look like cashing in if you always release new stuff and of course Poets is not like that. 8)

I was thinking too. It would be their third album, right?
Maybe they should have things in the right time form..
It already happened...

When Silence Fell... yeas<3

TRILOGY.
Then fourth in the trilogy. And fifth is like the perfect number.. Goddess' number, Venus, the pentagram (read Dan Brown, people)

And sixth sense and seven the magic number and..

I agree, more POTF. Maybe they'll get better one day... or THE BEST.
13 is my lucky number.

Suprising how quickly it's been spammed and off-topicced :D

Alphawolf's idea is great, but I guess it's still not the time to release The Best Of album ;). It would be... well, a two-pack of their previous LPs? Because we all know all of their songs are great.

I was also wondering about release date. In comparison to other artists, they've release the second album pretty quick after the first. Only one year apart? There are bands whose fans wait few years for the next albums. Guess we're blessed with Poets and they're Gods. ^^

Ok it was Olli who called Marko Lordi, not me!
They manage to make themselves gods, you don't need to help..

Dog: Human gives me food, shelter, etc. He is God.
Cat: Human gives me food, shelter, etc. I am God.

There's something wrong here.. Isn't there supposed to be just one God..?
Or maybe all gods are just mirrors on one huge disco ball. That's one theory.

Well, don't appreciate it because I don't consider it being true 'cos
it's the Internet and I don't consider anything here real.

Who knows, I might not care about you in real life...

That's awesome. Since making a new album takes a lot of time the guys don't know about tracklist, cover and releasedate yet, do they ? :D

What would I want this album to be like ?

Well first of all I hope they haven't run out of great material, you know they wrote more than one hundred songs and always filter out so the albums only contain good material. They should add one of these unreleased songs to every single (just like they did with The Beautiful Ones on the Lift single), so people have another reason to buy the single although they already own the album.

I hope they'll stay true to their wonderful style and keep on writing these wondeful quiet songs, but also these amazing heavy-guitar-tracks (Ollie must be able to kick some ass, right ? :D ) This contrast really impressed me on SOL and COR they simply have this "feel" for wonderful melodies.

And of course I want Marko to keep on writing such intelligent and thought-provoking lyrics. The lyrics are possibly the main reason why I like this band so much. Today you rarely find bands / artists whose lyrics serve an intelligent purpose.

I don't want them to cover other artist's songs though, it feels uninspired in my opinion.

Good luck while creating the new album, guys. :D

And now suggestions for name:
"When Silence Falls" (again)
"Different Light" (PG)
"X of Y" (if they call the album like this I'll personally go to Finland to shake their hands)
"Gods and Mortals"
"Gimme Your Money"
"One More Platinium Album"
"Don't Get Drunk When You Are Going To Make Your Album's Name Official"
"Locking up the Moon, Locking up the Universe, Locking up Everything"
"Bulgaria" (100% chance to success in my country)

I was the first guy who "suggested" this "When Silence Falls" name as the new album name and I haven't changed my mind, I still think it is very good title for an album^^

edit: just said that (for like 10th time?) cause seems that the name has become popular and I want all glory for myself  evil me

So my suggestions:

When Silence Falls
After The Storm
Before The Darkness

and at the moment I have no more suggestions, might add some more later ^^
