Hello. Sorry if this topic is inappropriate. I just wanted to create this one so you can ask questions about Poets Of The Fall. By this I don`t mean stuff like "Why Marko is so hot???", but important questions about forum, band, all that. In this way, you don`t have to create somthing like "What is the meaning of POTF`s logo?". If you do not know where to ask questions, ask them here. Maybe it will be easier for our dear Admin to answer them here, if he can)
So, my question is: how is the new Digistore doing? When, approximatly, it will be open again?

Uhm, it might not be a place for me to speak up, maybe others consider the topic good, but I think it's better to have separate topic for specific question/issues. That way it is (or at least should be) easier to look if a given question was already answered, earier than look for it in a collective topic. Just my two cents.

Anyway, we have a thread for all queries/sugesstions about Digistore.

Yeah, like serinde said, there are many existing threads about different topics already. But I'll give this a chance and see where it will go.

Since POTF_Admin is rather busy at this moment, I'll reply to your question about the Digistore. Things sometimes take a bit of time to happen, but the wheels are definitely turning behind the scenes. I can't give you a time estimate, but of course I'm hoping - like all the other fans - that it will come back soon.

Why oh why???

Í'm just listening to some vids on youtube of POTF gigs. And i notice a lot of talking just right through the song! I don't mean the singing along. Whether it's good or horrible i mean TALKING.

Now, i haven't been to a POTF gig before, but i've been to a few other concerts before and lots of talking?? Euhm no. Screaming maybe. Clapping. Singing along. Dancing. But the ammount of chatter during POTF gig just seems annoying to me! For themselves and fer the people who are there , just to enjoy the music... i whatever way. But not by chitchatting all the way through the gig?!?


Is that a 'POTF thing'? Cause really, stop doing that!! it's annoying!!

My advice: don't watch these low-quality, unofficial and in fact illegal recordings. Get the soon to be released live DVD. I guarantee there will be absolutely no talking in there.

It's not a POTF thing, it all depends on where you stand at the gig. I have had this at many different concerts of many different people, the only common thing being that it's more notably towards the back than in front row.
So the people who filmed whatever video you watched were just standing near people who talked. It happens. I've rarely noticed chatter at the POTF gigs I was at, but I'm usually at the front. Anyway, no need to worry. Besides, the videos found on yT are usually of low quality anyway so I would not ccompare those to the experience of actually being at a gig.

Believe me i already pledged for that dvd i want so bad! Including the 6 cd's I want those even MORE. Being a new fan, i just HAD to. There was no easier way to get those 6 albums

But since i don't have anything yet (!), and don't have itunes i have to wait for the dvd's and the cd's. And i can't wait for ???? i need some music

So, yes it's still annoying me. Why all the talking. I hope i'll be able to go if they ever come back to germany ( that's near enough for me) but i hope i won't hear all the chatting around me!

I never heard it this much. Not with any concert before. And i'm never front row, if i can't get placed seating ( though i stand the whole time..) i stand on the side and a bit back as much as i can. But i never noticed it. Maybe in between songs, but not during.. Or maybe that's because i'm just really there to listen to the music and i don't hear anything else around me?

Glad to now it's not that noticeble during the gigs. I would go mental if i heard all this chatting the whole gig through.
