Who manages to write down something about the 2 new songs in Alan Wake?

Would be great to play it!

Can somebody help with with the chords for the lovely song You're Still Here?
I'm pretty sure about this part, except the first two G's.

Intro:
G G D7 C7 B7

Verse

G D Em D
G D A
G D Em D
A7 Bm Em

I think that those aren't G's but Dm's...
I uploaded the tabs of the intro in Ultimate Guitar... Check them out :)

Nice but I think the chorus is more this :

G : 35533
A : x02220
Bm : x24432
E : 022100

G A Bm
And now to see your love set free
G A E
You will need the witches cabin key
G F#m or A Bm
Find the lady of the light gone mad with the night
G A Bm
Thats how you reshape destiny

With the little riff :

244323 - xx2435 - xx2434

And now to see your love set free
Bm E
You will need the witches cabin key
Em F#m
Find the lady of the light gone mad with the night
G F#m Bm
Thats how you reshape destiny

Hello guys !

i need some help, i'm searching for a tab of "Dying to Live", particulary the chorus part, not the chord, but the melody played in background on guitar.

I've managed to find the one play in the intro, but not the one in the chorus, does someone find it ?

Hello, gentlemen.
I'm crazy about finding "War" chords for chorus and bridges. Tried to find it out by myself, but no go… Does anyone have chords for chorus and bridge?

I'll soon enough post videos of myself playing the songs, I'm pretty well known on Youtube for covering songs by a band called 3 Doors Down.
I'm a professional guitarist and work everything out by ear and what I have according to friends sounds very close!

Hi, I'm new here, but I've been a fan of Poets of the Fall for two years or so. Thought I'd post what I figured out for the intro/verse of "War" on guitar.
Code:

kiv_umar,

Can you please post a link to your videos on Youtube? I tried searching, but I wasn't able to find you. Do you go under a different screen name on Youtube? Let us know.... I for one want to see your covers!

Did you use beat making software for your background?

Hey yup i go under a different name, kinda borrowed by bros account then took it over haha

NamerDef123DM is the name you should be searching for, those vids are getting on quite old now, i haven't made a cover in ages, but the next things i do should be some POTF stuff.

So,guys I have a question for you. I have the 5m:05s version of 'War" on my PC. After 2:50 there's a strumming part POTF are doing...I'd really love to play it...If it's not yet clear it's played as a background a few seconds later to the lyrics "With no one wearing their real face,it's a white out of emotion..."

I couldn't find it tabbed anywhere and as i'm a complete beginner at playing...I thought this little piece that I quoted sounds a bit like it but now I think it's not really it. (that thing after PM----). Can somebody help me ? Sorry if smth's not very clear!

You have probably figured this one out already, since you wrote your reply about 2 months ago but I briefly looked into it anyways. I'm too lazy to tab all the strumming so you have to listen when the chords change by yourself. And this is only the way I would play it, so no guarantees that it's any correct.
Code:
(Dsus2)           (Dm)             (A7)
e| 0              e| 1              e| 0
B| 3              B| 3              B| 2
G| 2              G| 2              G| 0
D| 0              D| 0              D| 2
A| -              A| -              A| 0
E| -              E| -              E| -

You can add the bass notes as well to have some extra flavour.. can be bit tricky to play smoothly though.. =)
Code:
(Dsus2/A)        (Dm/C)         (Dsus2/B)               (Dm/Bb)      (Dsus2/Bb)
e| 0           e| 1              e| 0                    e| 1            e| 0
B| 3           B| 3              B| 3                    B| 3            B| 3
G| 2           G| 2              G| 2                    G| 2            G| 2
D| 0           D| 0              D| 0                    D| 0            D| 0
A| 0           A| 3              A| 2                    A| 1            A | 1
E| -           E| -              E| -                    E| -           E| -

Damn.. that looks confusing.. Okay, so the acoustic part begins with Dsus2 only..
then it goes like: Dsus2-Dm-Dsus2-Dm-Dsus2-Dm-Dsus2-Dsus2 (after this you should start hearing singing) then..
Dsus2-Dm-Dsus2-Dm-Dsus2-Dm-Dsus2-A7
Dsus2-Dm-Dsus2-Dm-Dsus2-Dm-Dsus2-Dsus2

And with the bass notes.. again only Dsus2 at the beginning.. then
(Dsus2)-(Dm/C)-(Dsus2/B)-(Dm/Bb)-(Dsus2)-(Dm/C)-(Dsus2/Bb)-(Dsus2/A)
(Dsus2)-(Dm/C)-(Dsus2/B)-(Dm/Bb)-(Dsus2)-(Dm/C)-(Dsus2/Bb)-(A7)
(Dsus2)-(Dm/C)-(Dsus2/B)-(Dm/Bb)-(Dsus2)-(Dm/C)-(Dsus2/Bb)-(Dsus2/A)
